Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Time
We ship to the United Kingdom and Australia with reliable delivery partners. During peak periods such as public holidays or sale events, delivery times may be slightly longer.
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Customs & Duties
UK customers: Orders shipped from outside Great Britain may be subject to customs inspection. Any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Australian customers: Orders are shipped internationally and may be subject to customs clearance by the Australian Border Force. Most standard orders fall below the A$1,000 duty-free threshold.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Ortholeg™ cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
